Axisstay Private Limited return and cancellation policy is made available to its customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the cancelation under the process. Customers have to click on an "Accept" or "Agree" for return and cancellation button before submitting their cancelation information. Once the order has been submitted, for cancelation, policy of cancelation shall be sent to its customers with the order confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
Axisstay Private Limited, believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained after the said 72 hours
- No cancellations shall be entertained if the booking is done for the same day.
- No cancellations shall be entertained for those products/services offered with special discounts, special offers and limited occasion offer by AxisStay Private Limited
- In case you feel that the products/ services are not upto the specification mentioned in our site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of occupation. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate step and see the same will not get repeated
- Please note that in all cases, the liability of Axisstay Pvt Limited is restricted only to provide a valid refund to the extent of the payment received by us. Axisstay Pvt Limited is not responsible for any consequential liability or claim that may be associated with the failure of the services of our system.
- A user should accept that the Axisstay Pvt Limited refund policy is subject to the stated terms and conditions of the user agreement of the website.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your booking by calling our Customer Support helpline on 7042424242

For reservations with fewer than 10 room-nights, if a cancellation occurs, the applicable fee is specified in the corresponding booking details section/booking voucher.

If a booking having at least 10 room-nights is cancelled:

More than 7 days before check-in date: FREE CANCELLATION

0-7days before check-in date: 1 night cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

In case of no show: Entire booking cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking.
